  6. Trying to keep student's tuition rates low, we have been asked to provide a student technical session "without meals" rate. This rates excludes the Welcome Reception, all Refreshment Breaks, and the 3 Lunches. The rate includes the "Technical Sessions" only. Although there are several restaurants on-site along with a small deli, the Resort at Squaw Creek is in a very remote location without fast food or other food suppliers within walking distance of the Resort. The registration rate "without meals" will be able to attend the welcome reception but will have the option to purchase beverage tickets.

Registration payment, in U.S. Dollars only, is due upon submission of registration. The registration fee includes one (1) technical digest, program material, refreshment breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for refunds are to be made in writing and are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after September 26, 2003. A $50.00 fee will be charged for all substitutions. A $5 fee will be assessed for lost or duplicate nametags.
