Registration payment, in Euro Dollars (€), is due upon submission of registration. The registration fee includes (1) electronic copy (USB Flash Drive) of conference proceedings, welcome reception, "Grab n Go" lunches, breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 28 September 2016, and will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after that date. A €50 fee will be charged for all substitutions.
Sunday Workshops
A variety of 3-hour workshops will be offered on Sunday, 9 October 2016 and will be held at the Convention Centre Dublin. Morning sessions will begin at 09:00 and the afternoon sessions will begin at 14:00.
Each half-day workshop will consist of 3 hours of lectures. Fee includes entrance to one workshop, one copy of the workshop materials, coffee breaks and a 20% cancellation fee. The attendees must choose the workshop(s) they would like to attend at the time of registration as there will be no in and out. Early registration is encouraged as seating is limited and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. On-site registration will be very limited.

Registration Receipt
Your registration receipt will be emailed as an attachment to the email confirming your registration once your payment has been processed. This may take up to five (5) business days.

Passports and Visa Information
All foreign visitors desiring to enter Ireland must have a valid passport. Follow this link for Visa Information. If, for some reason, your visa application is denied, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full when appropriate documentation is given.
