Conference Technical Digest
For the first time, we are offering the option to purchase the Hard-Bound technical digest separately from the registration prices listed. The CD-ROM of the technical digest will be available at no additional charge to all registrants.
Those who registered and ordered the Hard-Bound technical digest on or before August 19, 2008 will have their copies distributed to them at the conference.
Due to printing deadlines, those who register and order the Hard-Bound technical digest after August 19, 2008 will have the books shipped to them after the conference.

Shipping of Technical Digest
As the Hard-Bound and Electronic Technical Digest will not be available for distribution until the conference and there is great fluctuation in shipping rates, you will be notified of the cost to ship the digest to you after the conference.
