Lyncée is manufacturer of Digital Holography Microscopes. These systems capture 3D information from a single acquisition, without any scanning, providing true real time 3D topography with nanometer vertical resolution. Applications are - among other surface measurements: during corrosion, deposition, mechanical action, or thermal treatment, MEMS movement analysis, on-flight quality control, static and dynamical analysis of microfluidic devices, high content screening.
