Biomicrofluidics (BMF) is an online journal from the American Institute of Physics, which provides a novel forum for researchers from diverse fields to rapidly disseminate novel fundamental theories in microfluidic and nanofluidic phenomena and practical applications for medical, biological, pharmaceutical, environmental, and chemical applications. A 35% rise in Impact Factor in 2010 made BMF the second ranked journal in Physics, Fluids & Plasmas according to Thomson Reuters' Journal Citation Reports.
