Table Top

DJ DevCorp offers SUEX Thick Dry Film Sheets for MEMS and wafer level packaging. We provide precut epoxy photoresist sheets for UV and X-ray lithography in thicknesses of 100µm to more than 1mm. SUEX sheets are quickly laminated to the substrate and are ready to use in minutes. The sheets exhibit excellent resolution and thickness uniformity as well as offer outstanding planarization over topography.
