These products include Table Top Mask Aligners, UV Exposure Systems, Optical Front /Backside Mask Aligners and a UV Ozone treatment system for improving surface adhesion. OAI also offers a Liquid Photopolymer Process for the rapid prototying of Microfluidic devices. This process was developed by the University of Colorodo, Bolder, CO, USA on an OAI exposure system.
