Option 1:
Designated busses with a MicroTAS 2013 sign will be available during the following times, will not require a Conference name badge, and will run approximately every 5 minutes between Central Station and Messe Freiburg:

MondayTuesdayWednesdayThursday
06:45-08:4007:45-08:4007:45-08:4007:45-08:40
18:30-19:2018:30-19:2018:30-19:2013:35-14:20

Option 2:
Between the above times, you may ride a bus on Line 11 ONLY. A Conference namebadge will be required to ride Line 11.

Refer to the map below for bus stops and hotel locations. The bus ride is approximately 10 - 15 minutes depending on where you board the bus, so please plan your trip accordingly. It is important to note that the bus is only complimentary during the above hours on the designated busses with a MicroTAS sign and Line 11 only. All other means of public transportation will be at your own expense.

Local Train Line

Another option to get to the Messe Freiburg via public transportation is to take the the local train. Take Breisgau-Bahn from the main station to "Neue Messe/Universität" (2 stops) in the direction of "Gottenheim/Breisach". Please note that you will have to pay the current train fare rate. The Neue Messe train stop is a 7-10 minute walk to the Messe Freiburg.

Local Transportation Fares

A single one-way ticket for any ride within Freiburg (bus and train) is €2.20 each, one way.
