In order to submit an entry for the Video Award, you must first be a registered attendee. You will need your Registration Number in order to login to the entry form. The ability to submit your entry will close on Monday, 10 October 2016 at 23:59 Honolulu, Hawaii, USA time.


Note: Video filename MUST end in ".mpg", ".mp4", ".mov", ".avi" or ".wmv".
