Lab on a Chip/Dolomite Pioneers in Miniaturization Lectureship
An award given for young-to-mid-career scientists, this lectureship recognizes outstanding contributions to the understanding and development of miniaturized systems. (Sponsored by Lab on a Chip, Dolomite, and the Chemical and Biological Microsystems Society (CBMS)) Learn about the 2017 winner

Analytical Chemistry Young Innovator Award
This award, sponsored by the journal, Analytical Chemistry and the Chemical and Biological Microsystems Division (CBMS), recognizes the contributions of an individual who has demonstrated exceptional technical advancement and innovation in the field of micro- or nanofluidics in his or her early career. Learn about the 2017 winner.

Lab on a Chip Widmer Poster Award
The Widmer Poster Award Competition sponsored by the Lab on a Chip is an award given to recognize excellence amongst the annual MicroTAS Conference poster presenters. A review committee will select the overall best-presented poster from the poster session and all presented posters will be reviewed for this honor. The winner and award will be announced during the Awards Ceremony at the MicroTAS Conference.

CHEMINAS Poster Award
The MicroTAS Conference announces the Young Researcher Poster Award Competition sponsored by The Society for Chemistry and Micro-Nano Systems (CHEMINAS) to recognize excellence among its participants. A select group of poster judges will select, on a daily basis, the best presented posters from the poster session. The winners and awards will be announced during the Awards Ceremony at the annual MicroTAS Conference.

NIST/Lab on a Chip Art in Science Competition
To draw attention to the aesthetic value in scientific illustrations while still conveying scientific merit, the µTAS Conference features an award titled, "Under the Looking Glass: Art from the World of Small Science" sponsored by NIST and Lab on a Chip. Applications are encouraged from any attending registrants of the µTAS Conference and the winner will be selected by a panel of senior scientists in the field of µTAS.

Dolomite/Lab on a Chip Video Competition
The Lab on a Chip (LOC) & Dolomite are proud to sponsor the MicroTAS Video Competition supported by the Chemical and Biological Microsystems Society (CBMS). Attending registrants of the MicroTAS Conference are encouraged to submit an application to submit short videos (see full conditions & details below) that are either scientifically or educationally focused - videos may be fun, artistic, or just surprising and unusual in order to meet these criteria. Dolomite, innovators in microfluidic solutions, are supporting this competition with a voucher for 1500 USD worth of Dolomite equipment as the prize. See the 2016 winning video

Hochuen Portable Microfluidic Device Award
The Portable Microfluidic Award, sponsored by Hochuen, to recognize the rapid progress and innovation in portable devices. It is envisioned that portable µTAS platforms would make a significant impact in a variety of applications where fieldable devices will enable ubiquitous detection, analysis, and processing of small amounts of fluids.

IMT Masken und Teilungen AG Microfluidics on Glass Award
The Microfluidics on Glass Award to recognize an individual who has demonstrated exceptional technical advancement and innovation in the field of microfluidics or nanofluidics by using glass in a key aspect of their device.
