Reservations can be made by calling 1-888-421-1442 and identifying yourself as a "MicroTAS" attendee. The cut-off date for the reduced group rate is Thursday, September 8, 2011. Reservations made after the September 8, 2011 cut-off date will be confirmed subject to availability of space and non-group rates. A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations with a one-night advance deposit plus applicable sales taxes is due at the time of booking. Cancellations must be received 3 days in advance of your arrival. To cancel your reservation, please contact the appropriate hotel directly. |
