Conference Information:
The conference will be held at The Resort at Squaw Creek and is located in the heart of Squaw Valley (home of the 1960 Winter Olympics) on 626 acres, and is 6 miles from Lake Tahoe itself. The Resort at Squaw Creek is a premier California meeting and vacation destination and offers championship golf, tennis, spa services, and biking and hiking trails for options when the meeting is not in session.
The conference begins with registration on Sunday, October 5th from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. An Informal Wine and Cheese Welcome Reception will be held in conjunction with registration from 4:30 p.m. 6:00 p.m. The official technical program will begin Monday morning at 8:15 a.m. and adjourns on Thursday, October 9th, at approximately 12:00 p.m.

*Trying to keep student's tuition rates low, we have been asked to provide a student technical session "without meals" rate. This rates excludes the Welcome Reception, all Refreshment Breaks, and the 3 Lunches. The rate includes the "Technical Sessions" only. Although there are several restaurants on-site along with a small deli, the Resort at Squaw Creek is in a very remote location without fast food or other food suppliers within walking distance of the Resort. The registration rate "without meals" will be able to attend the welcome reception but will have the option to purchase beverage tickets.

Registration payment, in U.S. Dollars only, is due upon submission of registration. The registration fee includes program material, one technical digest and CD-ROM, exhibit hall access, welcome reception, refreshment breaks, 3 lunches and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. A $5 fee will be assessed for lost or duplicate nametags. A $50.00 fee will be charged for all substitutions. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later that September 12, 2003. No refunds will be made after that date. Cancellation notice and refunds must be requested in writing. Both on-line and off-line registration are available from the registration page.
