Exhibit Hours
The exhibit area will be located in Exhibit Hall A at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. During exhibit hours, booths must be available for viewing and we recommend that your booth be staffed at these times as well. The Executive Committee reserves the right to amend these times if necessary and will give you notice as soon as any times change.

The Conference is requesting that all booths be staffed and ready for viewing on Monday October 27th for the initial opening of the exhibit hall and early morning coffee service at 07:00. The Conference will be providing coffee service each morning in the exhibit hall prior to the general session, but staffing is at your prerogative (Tuesday and Wednesday) prior to the first break at 10:00. The Conference will not be providing breakfast nor lunch, however, the exhibit hall will be open during the lunch breaks for Conference attendees.

As the exhibit hall is co-mingled with the poster sessions, you CAN NOT dismantle any part of your booth or exhibit prior to 18:30 on Wednesday. You will need to vacate and remove all exhibition materials and all other property no later than 20:30 on Wednesday. Any property remaining after 20:30 may be removed or otherwise disposed of by the Conference Organizer at the exhibitor's expense unless arrangements have been previously made.

Exhibit Booth
The following is included in the booth space:
  • 8' high back drape
  • 3' high side drape
  • 1 - 6' skirted table
  • 2 - chairs
  • 1 - wastebasket
  • 1 - 7" x 44" identification sign
  • Booth space is carpeted in gray
Additional furniture, lighting, electrical, booth cleaning and audio visual may be ordered by completing the forms in the Exhibitor Kit and submitting by Friday, October 10th. Shipping information is also included in the kit. The exhibit area is being assembled by Coast to Coast Trade Show Services, Inc. If you have any questions regarding auxiliary services, please contact them directly at exhibitservices@coasttocoasttss.com or via phone at 1-303-991-2791.

** Please note that the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center does NOT have a shipping and receiving department and will NOT accept any material. Any material that is sent directly the the convention center will be REFUSED.

Registration
Your exhibit booth comes with one (1) complimentary full Conference registration and one (1) complimentary exhibitor badge registration. Please refer to the email sent out on August 6th for instructions to register your staff. If you cannot locate this email, please contact us at exhibits@microtas2014.org and ask to have it resent.

Commercial Poster
As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to display a Commercial Poster during the Conference in the Exhibit Hall. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please go to the following link and enter your poster details: www.microtas2014.org/exhibit/commercial_poster.html. This information will be used to list your poster in the technical program on the website and final program distributed on-site. The deadline to have your poster listed in the final program is Thursday, September 18th. You also have the option to post a PDF version of the ACTUAL poster that you intend to display on the Conference website. Please refer to the Instructions for details on preparing your poster.
