Bronkhorst High-Tech offers mass flow meters and controllers for laboratory, industry and machinery. Our R&D department closely cooperates with research institutes and universities, e.g. at projects focused on miniaturization and microfluidic designs. Our flow meters/controllers are available in ranges down to 0.01 sccm gas and 1.5 mg/h liquid. Bronkhorst's vaporizers can be applied for humidification, vapor deposition or analytical applications.
